研究方向及主要成绩

主要从事酶催化生物制造过程强化研究,重点围绕“碳中和、碳达峰”的国家重大需求和国际科技前沿,针对酶催化领域的两个关键问题——活性-稳定性难以高度统一与质-能转化难以高效协同,提出了基于“限域模块”和“供能模块”设计酶催化系统的新策略和新思路,构建了“仿细胞反应器”固定化酶催化系统和“人工类囊体”酶-光偶联催化系统,揭示了清洁能源驱动酶促转化过程中质子-电子-分子传递与催化反应间的协调新机制,实现了淀粉、CO2等可再生碳资源的高效转化。

主要成绩:

1、高性能固定化酶催化剂及其规模化制备关键技术开发

提出了“仿细胞反应器”酶催化系统的概念,实现CO2/淀粉多步转化过程高效强化,完成公斤级催化剂制备与放大,用酶成本降低50%以上。获批国家重点研发计划青年项目,中国石油和化学工业联合会科技进步二等奖(第2)。

2、酶-光偶联催化系统构建与质子-电子-分子传递机制解析

提出了“人工类囊体”酶-光偶联催化系统的概念,揭示了清洁能源驱动酶促转化过程中质子-电子-分子传递与催化反应间的协调新机制,实现了光驱动CO2多步合成甲醇等C1过程高效强化。获批国家优秀青年科学基金项目,获天津市自然科学奖一等奖(第2)。
